Reservation Policies: Minimum stays may apply. All rates subject to change without notice. Guests must register all occupants with our office. Outside guests will not be permitted on site unless informed of first. Maximum occupancy applies to all reservations. Failure to register occupants will result in removal from our establishment with no refund. Misrepresentation voids reservation. Reservations guarantee room types only. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Weekend surcharges may apply.
Deposits: A deposit of the first night, with tax, is required at the time of booking for all reservations up to three (3) nights. Reservations of four (4) - six (6) nights require a deposit of the first two (2) nights, with tax. Reservations for seven (7) or more nights require a deposit of the first three (3) nights, with tax. Deposits are non-transferable and are applied to the first and last night of your stay. The customer is responsible for the entire number of nights reserved. In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to date of arrival. No refunds within 14 days of arrival. Additional deposits or payments may be required. Deposits are non-transferable and are applied to the first and last night of your stay. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation will become null & void. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days/nights reserved. Any changes made in the number of nights or dates of the reservation will be considered a new reservation and will subject the original reservation to the standard cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to next season. No refunds for inclement weather.
Payments & Balances: Personal checks are an acceptable means of payment if received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee and will be applied directly to the room bill. Balance due in full upon arrival in the form of cash, travelers' check, certified check, money order or credit card. No personal checks accepted at check-in, regardless of circumstance.
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-In is available anytime after 3:00PM. Check-out is available anytime before 10:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A $25.00 room key deposit is required in cash at the time of arrival.
Parking: One (1) parking space per unit, regardless of size or type of accommodation. All vehicles must be register with our office and must display a parking permit at all times. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Cancellation Policies: In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to date of arrival. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Non-smoking policy: We are a smoke free establishment. Guests who smoke may do so outside in designated areas only. Guests found smoking in unauthorized areas may be subject to fines of up to $200.00 and may be evicted.
Lost Items & Misconduct Policies: We are not responsible for any lost items/property or injury during your stay. Guests involved in any misconduct on the property can be removed.
Children: Children 5 years of age and younger stay free. Children 6 and older will be charged an additional $20 per night. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will not be allowed in the swimming area without adult supervision.
