Policies

Reservation Policies: Minimum stays apply.  All rates subject to change without notice.  Guests must register all occupants with our office.  Outside guests will not be permitted on site unless informed of first.  Maximum occupancy applies to all reservations.  Failure to register occupants will result in removal from our establishment with no refund. Misrepresentation voids reservation. Reservations guarantee room types only, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers. All guests must be at least 29 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  Weekend surcharges apply.
 

Deposits: A deposit of the first night, with tax, is required at the time of booking for all reservations up to three (3) nights. A 50% deposit is due for weekday stays, weekends must be paid in full. Deposits are non-transferable. The customer is responsible for the entire number of nights/nights reserved. In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to date of arrival. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation will become null & void. There are no refunds for early Check-Outs or No-Shows. Refunds may not be applied to next season. No refunds for inclement weather.

 

Payments & Balances:  Personal checks are an acceptable means of payment if received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival.  Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee and will be applied directly to the room bill.  Balance due in full upon arrival in the form of cash, travelers' check, certified check, money order or credit card. There is a 5% charge on credit card payments. No personal checks accepted at check-in, regardless of circumstance. Reservations made through an online source are paid in full at the time of booking. 

 

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-In is available anytime after 3:00PM.  Check-out is available anytime before 10:00AM.  Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Identification may be requested at time of check in. A $25.00 room key deposit is required in cash at the time of arrival.


Parking: One (1) parking space per unit, regardless of size or type of accommodation.  All vehicles must be register with our office and must display a parking permit at all times.  Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

 

Cancellation Policies: In the event of a cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to date of arrival. Weekend reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to stay and 75% of deposit will be refunded. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.


Non-smoking policy: We are a smoke free establishment. Guests who smoke may do so outside in designated areas only. Smoking is not allowed inside; medical or recreational. Guests found smoking in unauthorized areas may be subject to fines of up to $200.00 and may be evicted.

Lost Items & Misconduct Policies: We are not responsible for any lost items/property, accidents or injury during your stay. Any damages will be charged to the credit card on file. Loud music, profanity, and disorderly behavior is inconsistent with our family motel and will not be tolerated. Guests involved in any misconduct on the property will be removed. No refund will be issued. 

Children:  Children 5 years of age and younger stay free. Children 6 and older will be charged an additional $20 per night. Children not fully 'potty trained' must wear a swim diaper in the pool. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will not be allowed in the swimming area without adult supervision.
